At least two people were killed in the Ukrainian city of Odesa during the night until Tuesday morning in the middle of another night of intense strikes of unmanned aircraft and missiles throughout the country.

The Ukraine Air Force told Telegram that Russia launched a total of 322 “air attack vehicles” in the country, including 315 drones and seven missiles. The Air Force said that 277 drones were shot down or neutralized, as were seven missiles.

kyiv’s military administration said at least four people were injured. “Most of the damage was suffered by civil infrastructure,” the administration wrote in a telegram position.

Two people were also killed in Odesa, local authorities said. Among the buildings beaten in the coastal city of the Black Sea there was a maternity hospital and an emergency medical center, authorities said.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a publication to the social networks that the regions of kyiv, Odessa, Dnipro and Chernihiv were attacked. Russia’s bombardment included at least two ballistic missiles made by North Korea, he added.

“Residential buildings and urban infrastructure were damaged,” Zelenskyy wrote. “In Odesa, even a maternity hospital became a Russian objective. Thirteen people were injured. Tragically, there are deaths. My condolences to families.”

“It is vital that the answer to this and other similar Russian attacks is not the silence of the world, but the concrete action,” Zelenskyy said in his statement.

“Action of America, which has the power to force Russia to peace,” he continued. “Europe’s action, which has no alternative but to be strong. Action of others worldwide who requested diplomacy and end of the war, and who Russia has ignored. There must be a strong pressure for the good of peace.”

Ukraine continued his own drone strike campaign during the night, according to Russia’s Ministry of Defense. The Russian forces knocked down 103 Ukrainian drones on Monday night and Tuesday morning, the ministry said in a telegram position.

The attacks on Monday night occurred 24 hours after the Russian forces attacked the regions throughout Ukraine with more than 470 attack drones, one of the largest air attacks in the war, according to the Ukraine Air Force.

On early Monday, Russia and Ukraine held the first stage of an exchange of prisoners after an agreement reached during Peace Conversations in Istanbul, Türkiye.
